  • Activities: networking breakfast + 2h long brainstorming session

  • Client: ORANGE BUSINESS SERVICES, DPS
  • Preparation: Interaction with ORANGE's facilitator
  • Format: Meeting room with large roundtable for the breakfast;
    Videoprojector and Open space for the brainstorming session
  • Profile of attendees:
    Senior execs and middle managers
  • Objectives:
    (1)   Grasp the new client-supplier interaction framework
    incurred by the emergence of co-creation in innovation processes
    (2)   Brainstorm about new internal managerial processes
    to be installed in order to cope with such challenges
